With busy personal and professional lives--not to mention the covid pandemic--2020 wasn’t easy. So how can we best prepare ourselves to make decisions with little or no concrete information, and how can we handle those additional stressors in our lives?
The Network hosts Joanna Denton to discuss her own experience of having two burnouts within a span of five years, which forced her to finally leave the tax world, which included working at a Big Four company. Denton, who is also the former British Chamber of Commerce chair and is a two-time TedX speaker, now lives back in Northern Ireland and works as a public speaking exec.
She will provide her insights on how to help make 2021 a “year to breathe” and provide three real-life strategies to get control back in your life, as well as how to recognise burnout in the first place.
Both members and non-members alike are welcome to register for this virtual event.
