Following its summer online edition, the “Cinéma du Sud” festival is now back in cinemas.
Respecting current sanitary measures, the festival will showcase four films over the next two weeks. The English-language films include “Soyalism” on 18 October at 6.30pm at Carré about global food production – watch trailer here.
Then on 24 October at 7pm at Ciné Starlight in Dudelange, the festival screens “Stop Filming Us”, which focuses on prejudice and racism in media. Watch trailer here.
Finally, a film about education in Nepal, “Children Of The Snow Land” will be shown on 28 October at 7pm at the scout headquarters in Cents. Watch trailer here.
Guest speakers will be on hand for post-screening discussions with the audience.
Entrance is free, but a registration through Eventbrite is required.
