Luxembourg MEP Christophe Hansen (photo Anthony Dehez) is the guest for a Delano Live Chat that will look at the status of negotiations for a post-Brexit EU-UK trade deal
Luxembourg MEP Christophe Hansen (EPP) is the Brexit rapporteur for the European Parliament's trade committee. A member of Luxembourg's CSV party, Christophe Hansen succeeded Vivian Reding in the European Parliament in 2018 and was re-elected at the 2019 EP elections.
He is on the Committee on International Trade, where he serves as a rapporteur for the future relationship between the UK and the EU. In that role, he has been in the international media spotlight since January and recently gave an interview to RTÉ's Morning Ireland programme.
Hansen will talk with Delano editor-in-chief Duncan Roberts about the status of the negotiations, the mood in the European Parliament as the deadline approaches, and what red lines, if any, the parliament has for an agreement.
The Live Chat is organised by the Paperjam Club. Non-members can sign up for free by selecting “Voucher découverte non membre” on the registration form.
PLEASE NOTE THE LIVE CHAT HAS A NEW TIME OF 11AM ON THURSDAY 29 OCTOBER
