The monthly ABAL luncheon hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg next week tackles the thorny issue of conflict and dispute resolution.
Experienced and certified conflict resolution experts Sandra Sidon from Tango and Nathalie De Kerchove from NPG Wealth Management will explain how to use mediation in the workplace to re-establish communication and collaboration.
Many conflicts arise out of a lack of communication, understanding or consideration for the needs and interests of others. Negative conflict between individuals or groups can severely damage an organisation’s performance and employee well-being. The speakers will demonstrate that when a conflict is mediated at its very beginning, the chances of optimal resolution are much greater.
The talk includes a luncheon at Cercle Munster and an opportunity to network with other Amcham members and guests. Registration is required via the Amcham website. The chamber operates a no-show policy for guests who do not cancel before noon on the Friday prior to the luncheon.
