Belgian girls’ choir Scala performs with its founders, pianists Steven and Stijn Kolacny.
Renowned for its angelic voices, the Scala choir (photo Gert Daemen) has sold out tours throughout Europe, the US and Asia alike.
The choir delivers extravagant and intimate interpretations of well-known indie, rock and pop songs--perhaps their most famous being an intense version of Radiohead’s ‘Creep’, which featured in the soundtrack to the movie “The Social Network.”
The choir was founded in 1996 in Aarschot by pianists Steven and Stijn Kolacny, who still accompany the ensemble.
festival ticket includes free public transport with the CFL.
