The City of Luxembourg wants residents to get in some good workouts.
The spring/summer season of the capital’s “Sports pour tous” (sports for everyone) starts mid-April.
The programme features tracks for younger people (age 12-16), with courses ranging from breakdancing and skateboarding to badminton and Zumba; for adults, with classes ranging from cross fitness and aqua gym to jogging and Nordic walking; and for seniors (aged 55 and up), with everything from golf and hiking to stretching and qui gong on the agenda.
Indoor sport has been cancelled due to covid-19.
Courses are free for 12-16 year olds and €30 for adults & seniors who live in Luxembourg City or €60 for inhabitants of other cities.
