The annual “Explore conference” tackles “Data driven supply chains”.
According to organisers:
“This year’s conference will dive into how data helps companies to improve the efficiency of their supply chains. The COVID-19 pandemic has spurred a leap to digital supply chains, as many companies have realised that digitalisation not only drives efficiency but also makes supply chains more resilient in uncertain times.”
Speakers include Mario Grotz of Luxembourg’s economy ministry (photo), Alexis Bateman and Maria Jesus Saenz of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Jens Schiefele of Boeing’s R&D centre in Frankfurt, and Manuel Davy of French AI startup Vekia.
The conference is organised by the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the University of Luxembourg and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Transportation and Logistics.
The event is free, but advance registration is required.
