Acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and composer Julia Holter performs at Rotondes on Sunday. Delano has tickets to give away.
The Guardian praised Julia Holter’s sixth album, “Aviary”, released in 2018, for having “beauty in the chaos she conjures”. A justified comment, given that the album showcases the composer’s intellectual and musical range, as she incorporates Tibetan Buddhist chanting, bagpipes and plenty of literary references. The Los Angeles-based singer and multi-instrumentalist heads to Rotondes to share her contemporary, melodic, pop-meets-abstract sound.
