From Madrid to Barcelona, Iberian ham to flamenco, Spain offers a rich tourist and cultural offering.
On 19 October, the Place d’Armes will transform into a proper fiesta as Spain will be celebrated with music, food and more.
The event aims to showcase not only Spain as a tourist destination, but also the highlight its rich cultural offerings.
Among the special activities planned for the event include a performance and youth workshop by Luxembourg-based BMX star Viki Gómez; the launch of urban artist Belín’s neo-cubist art on the site--not to mention ham cutters from the “Cortadores de jamón” school, who will be serving up Iberian ham.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Spain day without music, and visitors can expect the sounds of flamenco, techno and more.
The special Spain day is organised by the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg and the Tourst Office of Spain. For more info, visit the aforementioned chamber's website.
