For the first time this year, the grand duchy’s capital will host Luxembourg Open Air, or LOA, a brand new electronic music festival.
Described as Luxembourg's answer to the ‘Tomorrowland’ festival, LOA’s line-up is composed of 12 international and national Djs (Mike Williams, Brooks, Marnik, Lovra, and Danko to name a few) who will play for 12 hours deep house, dance, tech house music.
The event is totally free and open to all ages. There will also be 10 food trucks, various drink ‘bars’ and a ‘chill out area’ with hammocks available for people to recharge their batteries. More than just the Djs, there will be more entertainment provided by the CrossFit Bearcrawl team, a tattoo artist, graffiti artsist, a photobooth merchandise stand and more.
In an attempt to reduce its impact on the planet, LOA will not use any single-use plastic and, the public transports in the city center will be free of charge for the day.
