In a joint response to a parliamentary question issued on Thursday on drug seizures, finance minister Pierre Gramegna (DP) and interior security minister François Bausch (déi gréng) reported the following confiscations in 2019:
266.5 kilos of hashish;
91 kilos of marijuana;
5,305 g of heroine;
371.5 g of cocaine;
5,009 cocaine pills and 17g in powder;
8.5 kilos of khat;
611 g of amphetamines;
31 joints;
2g of magic mushrooms.
The numbers have yet to be completed with confiscations by police. These figures will be published in the next annual police report.
