According to figures published by national employment agency Adem on Tuesday, the agency received 223 job openings in accounting roles and 125 in IT analysis and development. Among the top 10 most-sought after were legal specialists (90), credit and banking risk analysts (89), restaurant services (88), secretarial (87), advisory and company management (86), kitchen staff (82), clothing store sales people (82) and road construction (77).

Adem’s report shows that the number of new vacancies registered with Adem rose 8.4% over a year, to reach 3,914. By the end of the month, the total remaining vacancies fell 2.5% on the previous year, down to 7,945. Meanwhile, the number of jobseekers rose 2.7%, to reach 15,668.
