As of 28 April, Adem will expand its digital services offering in response to the rapidly-changing labour market marked by a wide range of individuals seeking new professional opportunities.

Those not registered with Adem will--without any prior formality--be able to consult job posts that companies have decided to make public. However, job seekers registered with Adem retain a small advantage, as they’ll have access to all job posts, whether they’re public or not, thereby benefitting from exclusive access to offers during the first seven days of publication. They will also be the only ones to have a candidate profile on the “JobBoard”,  which can be consulted by employers.

"The stated objective is twofold: to allow more autonomy to job seekers, employers and anyone looking for a job who is not registered with Adem, as well as to gain transparency in the employment market by multiplying the contact possibilities between employers and job seekers by enhancing the visibility of employment opportunities to a wider audience,” Adem explained in a press release.

During the month of February, 3,014 vacant positions were declared to Adem by various employers in the country, a decrease of 13.6% over one year. In all, the agency had 7,397 vacant positions at the end of February. Over one year, this constitutes a decrease of 14.8%.
