Luxair was ranked third behind Emirates and before Aegean Airlines, the survey conducted with more than 90,000 customers who had just returned from a trip, revealed.

One customer feedback about Luxair, which was cited in the report, suggested that despite higher than average ticket prices, “the service quality is aligned to the price. Indeed, they offer a way better service than many other airlines.”

Luxair made the top three in four categories:

• Second for most modern airline after Emirates and before Turkish Airlines;
• third for best in-flight service, after Emirates and Aegean Airlines;
• third for best check-in service after Emirates and Aegean Airlines;
• second for best VIP lounges after Aer Lingus and ahead of Emirates.

On its website, eDreams says it operates in Europe, selling flights on around 60,000 routes with more than 440 airlines in 40,000 destinations around the world.
