- Altice, a cable and telecoms conglomerate big in France, is reportedly setting up an online bank, based out of Luxembourg, to serve several European markets.
- The Centre hospitalier de Luxembourg, the capital area’s main hospital, treated 167,827 patients last year, up 5% overall from 2015. However, adult A&E visits increased 29% and children’s emergencies rose 18%.
