He has consistently pledged that he will deliver Brexit by the time the third deadline comes around on October 31st.

Three former PMs - Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and John Major - all warned Johnson that a no-deal Brexit will be unacceptable and the public are equally sceptical about his ability to deliver it. 

That’s according to YouGov who found that 56 percent of people in Great Britain think it's unlikely the UK will leave the EU by the end of October compared to 27 percent who say it’s likely. A majority of both Remain voters and Leave voters also think it’s unlikely Brexit will occur before the deadline.
