According to the industry news site Air Cargo News, the agreement gives NCA access to capacity on Cargolux’s new weekly Tuesday flight on both B747-400F and B747-8F aircraft, and gives both firms access to each other’s other capacity through code-share and space swap deals.

The deal is subject to government approvals.

Over the past several months, Cargolux has also signed a codesharing deal Emirates SkyCargo and a joint venture agreement with China’s HNCA.
