At the awards dinner of the 17th Freighter World conference in Chicago, Cargolux was one of four finalists. Roger Hailey, editor of Air Cargo News and Freighters World, stated that “Cargolux had provided evidence of new products and routes, customer engagement, industry innovation through its alliance with Emirates SkyCargo, and investment in freighter aircraft,” according to the press release.
