Patients in the Niederkorn and Dudelange hospitals have been moved to Chem in Esch-sur-Alzette, where patients are being separated and patient visits are currently prohibited. 

Incoming patients undergo a temperature test and questionnaire to assess if they are experiencing coronavirus symptoms.

An emergency doctor will perform triage based on the extent of patients' injuries or illnesses.

“At present 34 beds have been freed to be able to receive and isolate patients affected by covid-19,” Chem's management explained.
