The parent company of the Luxembourg insurer LaLux has invested in the real estate company Inowai. Compagnie Financière announced that it has taken a stake in the property company for an undisclosed amount by press release issued on Friday 27 July 2018.
According to Vincent Bechet, managing director & partner at Inowai:
"Compagnie Financière is experiencing strong growth and has the ambition to strengthen its national and foreign network. This is why we opened our capital to a well-known investor in the market and with a very strong presence in Luxembourg."
Inowai currently employs 55 people and is managed by its three shareholders and partners Marc Baertz, Jean-Nicolas Montrieux and Vincent Bechet. With the arrival of Compagnie Financière, a fourth equity partner, Tehdi-Edouard Babigeon, takes his place as head of business development and capital markets.
