2-week collection period

Cross-border workers are asked to collect their masks within 2 weeks of receiving a letter/voucher. Sites are open daily from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm weekends. The Findel and Esch-Belval sites will be open from 9am to 5pm on the 21 May public holiday.

In the event that the masks are not retrievable during this period, the Findel and Esch-Belval distribution sites will remain open for a third week.

Voucher scheme

Masks can be retrieved for other people, as long as the vouchers being presented are valid. There is no limit to the number of masks that can be collected per person, as long as they can present a valid voucher. Voucher letters will be sent gradually over several days to avoid peaks on the same date. If cross-border workers do not receive a letter or voucher, they can visit the Findel or Esch-Belval sites with an identity document, where an agent will assist them.

The wearing of masks or other mouth coverings is now compulsory in Luxembourg when on public transport, in shops and in places where people come within two metres of another person not from their household. Failure to comply can result in a fine of €145.
