According to the CSSF, Cryptominingoptionsignal claims on its website to hold a licence to operate in Luxembourg.

“The CSSF informs the public that the entity named Cryptominingoptionsignal is not known to us and has no agreement to offer investment or other financial services to or from Luxembourg,” it wrote in a press release published 13 August.

Elsewhere, UK financial watchdog the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has called out a Luxembourg financial services firm for allegedly operating in the UK without a licence.

LIB Group Asset Management, which is registed at 35 Boulevard Royal, in Luxembourg City, says on its website that it is specialised in fund selection.
