According to Paperjam, more than half of the building (56.25%) will be occupied by the CSSF, which continues growing the personnel to meet demand for its services as its competencies have increased.

Indeed, its staff grew from 490 five years ago to 770 at the beginning of 2018, hence the need for more office space. Currently, staff are spread over several buildings.

The government had proposed the building as potential location for the European banking authority, which is to be moved from London after Brexit.

However, there has not yet been any information on the date of the move or the rent; only that a partial move of the team is scheduled for the beginning of 2019.

The group Félix Giorgetti, owner of the 9.600 sqm building, confirmed that the building was exclusively devoted to offices, and Inowai, who is in charge of renting it out, confirmed that all the space had been allocated.
