That’s according to a survey conducted by TNS Ilres, a research firm, for the broadcaster RTL and the Lëtzebuerger Wort, a newspaper, published on 15 June.

If the vote were held today, the CSV would pick up 3 seats (giving it 26) and the Greens 1 seat (giving it 7).

The political poll found that the current DP-LSAP-Green coalition would collectively only take 26 seats (down from the current 32) and therefore not be able to form a government.

The ADR and Left parties would gain 2 and 1 seat, respectively.

More than 3,500 voters participated in the survey, which was fielded last week.

Voters head to the polls on 14 October.
