Responding to a parliamentary question, mobility minister François Bausch (Déi Gréng) said that the application can be used to point out issues for cyclists on cycle infrastructure but also on public roads in general. Users can highlight these issues by using the contact page of www.pistescyclables.lu or emailing [email protected] or [email protected].

Cycle infrastructure issues will be followed up by officers from the mobility ministry while those related to the roads in general are handled by the highways and bridges agency.

Bausch was responding to a parliamentary question from MP Max Hahn (DP) who suggested the creation of a platform for cyclists to report problems, not realising that one already existed.
