The winners as seen during the "Taste of Luxembourg" event on Monday evening 

Cyril Molard of Ma Langue Sourit won the coveted title of chef of the year of the decade. In a new award, Baptise Heugens of Two6Two was named young chef of the year. 

Meanwhile Claude Rameau (Pefferkär) was announced as sommelier of the year, Pierre Zehner (La Distillerie et Côté Cour) was named pastry chef of the year. 

Picking up outstanding newcomer of the year were Thomas and Emeline Murer for their Steinfort-based restaurant, An der Villa

Among the other winners were Lady Jane as bar of the year, Pas Sage winning the so-called “pop of the year”, Giuseppe Molinaro (Tailor's Concept, which boasts a speakeasy bar) as "Mediterranean of the year", and Sébastien Périé (L’Atelier Windsor) as host of the year. 

Also awarded for her “work on the fringes of gastronomy by bringing quality” to the greater public, Stéphanie Jauquet, co-founder and owner of Cocottes, received the personality of the year award.
