The time when the Atelier will once again host live music concerts remains some way off. But its doors are slowly beginning to reopen anyway, hosting the play, “Terres Arides” (Dried Earth), by Ian De Toffoli with Pitt Simon and Luc Schiltz. This documentary play, produced by the Théâtre du Centaure, will thus mark an important step for the private concert hall, which has been closed since 8 March 8, 2020.

This performance will allow the audience to discover a play that has already been a great success for more than 10 performances and that tells the story of a journalist's journey to Syria, following the tracks of a Luxembourgish man who became a jihadist and is held in prison in a territory occupied by the Kurds.

The date of the performance, 11 September, also falls on the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. On this occasion, an exchange between Ian De Toffoli and journalist Petz Bartz will be offered after the performance.
