In a statement issued on 28 June 2018, it advised that due to a technical fault, tap water from its network contains too much chlorine. Residents of Schuttrange, Munsbach, Uberseyern and Neuheusgen should not consume it in any way until further notice.

Updates will be posted in French, German and Luxembourgish on the town hall’s website.
