Weiswampach already has a campsite, bar and riding and leisure centre with a handful of summer activities set around two, man-made lakes, including swimming, windsurfing and fishing.

Belgian developer Lamy, which is specialised in the construction and management of real estate on tourist sites mainly in Belgium (Eau d'heure lakes) and in France (Vendres, Portiragnes, Chorges, Vidauban), is to build the site, which was designed by Liège architect Philippe Valentiny (Valentiny Architects).
