According to figures published in the Luxembourg chamber of commerce annual report, there were 44,000 requests for information or support made to the House of Entrepreneurship, of which 8,610 were phone calls, and 3,730 emails sent through the covid-19 helpline and more than 15,480 calls and 16,250 emails sent to the business support desk.

“2020 will remain engraved in the collective memory as an annus horribilis, a disastrous year as a result of the human, social and economic crisis,” the chamber wrote. “Aid and support offered to a large number of companies impacted by the covid-19 pandemic were in 2020 at the heart of the chamber of commerce’s activities, which multiplied the assistance and accompaniment initiatives to support companies in confronting the crisis.”
