When was your party established and who founded it?
The pan-European movement Volt Europa was founded in March 2017 by Andrea Venzon (IT), Colombe Cahen-Salvador (FR) and Damian Boeselager (DE). Volt Luxembourg officially became a party in November 2018.
What, if any, are your links to the European blocs?
Volt has no ties to any European Parliamentary grouping, we are aiming to create our own group by winning at least 25 seats in 7 countries.
What do you consider the most important issues facing voters in Luxembourg?
The success of Luxembourg goes hand in hand with a well-functioning European Union. Therefore we are presenting a comprehensive policy platform aimed to 1) fix the EU, 2) make Europe an economic powerhouse, and 3) build a just and sustainable society.
Name one thing you hope to accomplish if any of your candidates are successful?
Volt wants to create an EU that serves all its citizens.
