According to the European Union’s law enforcement agency, Luc Schiltz was sentenced in 2008, 2012 and 2017 to seven years and three months for fraud, including that affecting the financial interests of the European communities, and money laundering.

Schiltz, now 38, may be living in Luxembourg or in neighbouring countries and could be using an alias, the agency added.

He is described as 180 cm tall, with brown eyes. Europol says that Schiltz speaks French and German.

Anyone who thinks they may have seen the fugitive should notify Luxembourg Police by calling 113. Alternatively, people may record sightings anonymously via the Europol website.
