It went from +25.9 in January 2018 to +26 in February 2018.
“The rise reflects a surge in confidence among Luxembourg manufacturers,” the consulting firm said.
Since November 2015, the index’s high-water mark was +34.3 in April 2016; its lowest score was -14.8 in July 2016.
The barometer is based on data from Statec, Luxembourg’s statistics agency, and the German research institution ZEW. It is “designed to provide a monthly snapshot of the economic climate in Luxembourg.”
