How a small business became Luxembourg’s hair empire

Jean-Marie Ferber, passionate about trends, was one of the first hairdressers in Luxembourg to specialize in cutting-edge styling techniques in English cuts, easy-going on a daily basis and to style oneself. In the 3rd generation, he took over in 1982 the family salon in Bascharage founded by his grandmother in 1928. Strong of his rise, which owes to his creativity and to a modern management in cooperation with his wife Danielle, both at the head of the Ferber Group. Today the succession of the company is assured with Laura and Lionel Ferber, the 4th generation of the hairdresser family. The company has no less than 180 employees, spread over 13 salons in the Grand Duchy.
