Budget travellers have a new low-cost transport alternative in Luxembourg thanks to the expansion of Ouibus to Luxembourg Ouibus

The transport company extended its network to the grand duchy on 3 August, from where passengers can choose from a total of 14 destinations, including Brussels and Anvers in Belgium, Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and 11 destinations in France, including Dijon, Lyon, Paris and Avignon. Prices start at €5 depending on time of booking and demand. Included in the ticket price is two items of hold luggage and two pieces of hand luggage. Travellers can also benefit from free wifi and access to electric sockets for charging electrical devices.

Cancellations and changes can be made free of charge up to 30 minutes before departure time.

The new service complements that offered by Flibco (Sales Lentz), a coach service mainly ferrying passengers between Luxembourg and Charleroi and Frankfurt Hahn airports.

Another operator serving Luxembourg is Flixbus (Voyages Weber), ferrying passengers to destinations all over the European continent.
