Viewing stations will be installed in a dedicated space at the modern art museum Casino Luxembourg, where the public can watch two international virtual reality films free of charge.

The festival starts on 22 February, which will be devoted to virtual reality, with two round table discussions being organised with creators and professionals. The discussions will look at the creation aspects, as well as financing and distribution of such films.

Culture minister and prime minister Xavier Bettel announced the events at a press conference on Thursday. He said that the virtual reality facilities would continue to be made available at Casino after the festivel ends on 4 March to bring virtual reality films to an even wider audience.
