In Luxembourg, download speeds for roamers were 35.3% slower than for local subscribers. Data roaming speeds were likewise comparatively slower in Austria (-27.8%), Belgium (-37.3%), Denmark (-55.7%), France (-14.6%), Germany (-26.9%), the Netherlands (-65.8%) and Sweden (-39.5%).
