Some 1,500 participants from over 50 countries are expected to attend the conference, which allows next gen global startups and investors to meet.
The collaboration agreement for the summit was signed between the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT) andParkpine Capital, a California-based venture capital firm. LHoFT was in San Francisco and Silicon Valley on an official fintech mission, accompanying minister of finance Pierre Gramegna and Luxembourg for Finance from 7-10 April.

During the mission, Gramegna started his visit at the headquarters of Ebay, the platform on which Luxembourg has some 44,000 active customers and 3,000 vendors. The delegation also visited fintech accelerator of BNP Paribas, the “Atelier”, and Gramegna also met with representatives from Orange Silicon Valley, AirBnB, Ripple, Franklin Templeton Investments, Wells Fargo Asset Management.
Gramegna headed to Washington, DC, after his California mission to attend the Spring Meetings of the IMF and World Bank.
