Luxair has announced the start of regular flights to three new destinations. Romanian capital Bucharest is described on the Luxair website as having very good museums, parks and trendy cafes. Krakow, Poland's former royal capital, “effortlessly fuses medieval pomp and pageantry with modern-day, student-fuelled fun.” And Bologna, in Italy, fuses “haughty elegance with down-to-earth grit”. It is also renowned as a foodie city, well worth visiting if you have a penchant for authentic Italian cuisine.

Return flights start at €149 for Bologna and €199 for the two eastern European destinations. Reservations are open for the end of October at the earliest.

Luxair had gradually resumed flights since the end of the confinement. In total, it offers a range of more than 60 destinations either on scheduled flights or via and its Luxair Tours operation.
