The MoU outlines the desire for the two countries to strengthen their cooperation in space policy and research, as well as to advance both nations’ space industries via investment and commercial opportunities. It was signed by Luxembourg’s deputy prime minister Etienne Schneider and US secretary of commerce Wilbur Ross.

According to a spokesperson at the embassy, this version is “the full and only version of the MoU”.
