It’s the first institutional partner for Origin, LuxSE CEO Robert Scharfe said per our Paperjam colleagues. The strategy should allow the LuxSE a more efficient cross-border listing process and helps up its presence in the UK. 

In 2019, Origin had completed 450 operations totalling some €20bn, 85 issuers and hosts about twenty investment banks, although the transactions have been thusfar private between issuers and investors, Paperjam adds. However, the robust platform--used already by over 70 clients across five continents--should ease the process of moving to the stage of listing, LuxSE CFO Pierre Schoonbroodt noted.

The official bell-ringing ceremony will take place at LuxSE on Wednesday afternoon.
