The property firm bought the 8,641 m² complex, located at 110-112 route d’Arlon in Luxembourg City, in May 2017, when it was 42% occupied. One of the building’s best-known occupants until 2015 was Luxembourg’s financial regulator, the CSSF.

Leasinvest announced, on 24 January, “the conclusion of 2 new rental contracts for respectively 1,918 m² and 2,770 m² of office space”, which were signed last year.

In the firm’s press release, Jean-Louis Appelmans, CEO, said:
