The posts of aldermen will be occupied by André Zwally (CSV), Martin Kox (Déi Gréng) and Pim Knaff (DP), and one post will be split for the first three years by Mandy Ragny (Déi Gréng) and the following three years by François Maroldt (CSV).

The votes within the parties on the coalition agreements were unanimous.

Traditionally, the LSAP used to be the strongest local party in the industrial town. The LSAP however lost three seats in the 8 October elections, while the CSV became unexpectedly the strongest party.
