This week Luxembourg House of Financial Technology head of partnerships Alex Panican celebrates the unconventional wisdom of Ray Dalio in a book on leadership, business and life.

He writes about “Principles”:

“This is one of the best books I've read on leadership, business and life. Ray Dalio, the founder and CEO of Bridgewater, one of the most successful hedge funds in the world, shares his experience on how to take risks, build a great company and have the best life you can imagine. But be aware, this book is not for everyone! Ray's rules of success are based on unconventional wisdom, like the “idea meritocracy”, where is not the experience or the seniority who's leading the company's strategy but the best ideas, after being thoroughly challenged.”
