Becker, who has over two decades in the local financial sector including roles at the Central Bank of Luxembourg and Dexia, is also the founder of the LGX platform dedicated exclusively to green instruments which launched in 2016 and has since received a number of awards and recognitions worldwide.

Part of her new remit will be to continue expanding LuxSE at the international level and to continue its digitalisation. 

In the Friday announcement LuxSE also added that Laurent Pulinckx was appointed member of the executive committee, which will now be comprised of him plus Scharfe, Becker, Pierre Schoonbroodt and Bernard Simon.
