A total of 1.3m procedures were carried out on its site between 1 January through 30 September 2020, the “unprecedented result” of which “is mainly due to the procedures put online in the context of the management of the health crisis,” according to Monday’s communiqué, although it adds that it saw a 17% increase in procedures unrelated to the health crisis as well.

Minister delegate for digitalisation, Marc Hansen, praised the work by MyGuichet.lu and the State Information Technology Centre (CTIE) for the “unwavering commitment during this period of crisis to ensure fast and reliable service to citizens”.
