A reform of the service, which also makes it free of charge to use like all other forms of public transport in Luxembourg from 1 March, will mean that people not currently using Adapto service will have to use a new form and new medical certificate. To qualify, applicants must send these two forms to the department of transport.

The service is aimed at people with an irreversible disability or a physical, mental, sensory or psychic impairment, with reduced mobility, and for people with a progressive illness who have no other means of transport.

Reserved routes and journeys will be grouped together. These can be booked via a single platform online by visiting www.adapto.lu, via the Adapto mobile application or by calling the reservation office at the mobility centre on 2465-2465 from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9am to 4:30pm at weekends and public holidays.

Reservations for dates from 2 March can be made from 17 February.

The hours of operation remain unchanged and run from Sundays to Thursdays and public holidays, from 7am to 10pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 7am to midnight. To find out more, visit www.guichet.lu.
