In a press release issued on 21 February, Docler Holding’s Marton Fülöp stated:

“Thanks to our recent experiences with attracting IT talent, we have decided to provide our recruitment services to other companies and organizations in Luxembourg that might not have enough internal resources or expertise regarding head-hunting. After realizing that conventional methods are not efficient anymore, we have developed a modern recruitment service focusing entirely on the IT needs and expectations of companies and IT professionals. We also cover all types of profiles and expertise.”

Valentina Brysina, who is in charge of the service, said in the announcement:

“Knowing that the local market is not strong enough, we developed processes to source labor from Eastern-European countries like Estonia, Latvia, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, etc. We also look for experts in the US, UK, Brazil, France, Netherlands and Belgium”.

The company said it “employs more than 250 people from 30 different nationalities” including 150 IT professionals.
