As of 30 April, the number of jobseekers was 15,453, with the rate of unemployment at 5.4% (adjusted for seasonal variations). 

Compared to April 2018, there was a decrease of 4.4% of jobseekers registered with the national employment agency.

Also in April: 2,200 new files were opened for resident jobseekers (+26.2%, year-on year), plus 528 opened for non-resident jobseekers (+117.3%, year-on-year).
