Rail users of sections of some lines in Luxembourg could find their journey impacted by rail works next week
Rail users are warned that certain sections of the network will be closed next week due to maintenance work.
According to rail operators CFL, line 10, connecting Luxembourg, Troisvierges and Gouvy, will be closed between Ettelbruck and Troisvierges from 25 May to 2 June, while the section of line from Ettelbruck to Diekirch will be closed the weekends of 25-26 May and 1-2 June.
Line 60 (Luxembourg, Esch-sur-Alzette, Pétange and Rodange) will also be closed on the section between Esch-sur-Alzette and Rodange from 25 May to 2 June.
Rail replacement buses will be put in place in affected areas. Rail users are urged to leave earlier than usual to avoid being delayed. People with mobility issues using rail replacement buses should notify CFL in advance by calling 4990-3737 or by emailing [email protected]
